My Life In a Flash!: Last Summer Golf Outing!

One of the things I picked up when I was laid out during my recovery from heart surgery back in 2006 was a love for golf. At first I thought it was stupid... It was an old man playing fetch with himself! Find your ball and hit it with a stick and then repeat until you got tired or completely frustrated. But as I watched it more closely I realized all the different things that go into hitting a good swing. It became more of an art form to me than just a sport... I don't know how to explain it. Anyways, I got off the couch and would practice different techniques with a club I pulled from my dad's bag in the garage and would try to imitate different things. One day someone walked in on me doing that when I was supposed to be laying down recovering and the next thing I new my dad was teaching me how to golf and he had found a golf partner. It obviously is many years down the road from that and we still are just a pair of old duffers but it is fun and can be relaxing.
